MARK MARABELLA is an Emmy® nominated executive producer and founder of Marabella Productions. Over 25 years, he has developed, sold, funded, written, produced, and directed more than 300 hours of sit-coms, live-to-tape concerts, talk shows, documentary specials and non-fiction series for VH1, Discovery, I.D., Science, History, National Geographic, MSNBC, Travel, PBS, and HBO Max.
In 2009, Mark also founded ONLY-HD.com, an HD footage database featuring hundreds of hours of HD footage shot by award-winning cinematographers around the world. That same year, he helped launch heritageradionetwork.org, an on-line podcast network composed of more than two-dozen shows. While there, Mark co-hosted the Q-Report.
Prior to founding Marabella Productions, Mark was the showrunner and writer of 60 hours of Discovery’s prime-time true crime procedural series THE FBI FILES for three and half seasons. Through his storytelling, the award-winning series became number one on Discovery two years running, remaining among Discovery’s highest rated series of all time. More recently, the series anchored the launch of Discovery’s true crime channel, Investigation Discovery (I.D.), and can now be streamed on Amazon and fast channels.
